中药石膏倒模联合红蓝光照射治疗中、重度痤疮疗效观察

目的观察中药石膏倒模联合红蓝光照射治疗面部寻常型中、重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法采用中药石膏倒模联合红蓝光联合照射治疗中度和重度痤疮,分别与单纯红蓝光照射治疗的对照组比较,并观察疗效。结果治疗组中度(A组)和重度(C组)痤疮有效率分别为92.5%和82.5%,对照组(B组、D组)分别为77.5%和65.0%。治疗组(A组、C组)痤疮疗效均优于对照组(B组、D组)(p<0.05);治疗中度痤疮(A组)疗效在皮肤炎症改善优于重度痤疮(C组)患者,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论中药石膏倒模联合红蓝光交替照射联合治疗寻常型痤疮安全有效,值得临床推广。

OBSERVE THE EFFECT OF PLASTER MOLD OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE COMBINED WITH RED AND BLUE LIGHT RADIATION TREATMENT ON MODERATE AND SEVERE ACNE

Objective To investigate the combination therapy in patients of acne. Methods Comparing with the control group using red and blue light treatment, observe the effect of treatment using plaster mold of traditional Chinese medicine combined red and blue light radiation for moderate （ group A with control group B） and severe acne （group C with control group D）. Results The cure rate ratio of group A （92. 5% ） and C （82. 5% ） of experimen- tal groups were better than the control groups B（77. 5% ） and D（65.0% ）. It showed significant difference between experimental groups and its control groups （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It has good effects to use plaster mold of tradi- tional Chinese medicine combined red and blue light radiation treating acne, and it is worthy for application and popu- larization.
