| Abstract: | Many coal mine companies suffer a series of governance problems or issues after they undergo the merging/acquisition processes.These include the problems of property right,allocation of control right and corporate culture conflicts,etc.In compliance with the theory of merging and the theory of corporate governance,this paper proposes a series of effective measures to improve the corporate governance in the post merging/acquisition coal company groups. |
