| Abstract: | As the chief architect of China's reform and opening and the statesman concerned about his country and people,Deng Xiaoping always had intense risk mental consciousness and had a train of comments about the risk problem in "Deng Xiaoping Literary Selections".His theory about risk problem is the fundamental content of how he administers state affairs well and ensures national security,which has important theory significance and guiding significance to set up scientific risk consciousness and structure harmonious society of socialism. |
