一种新型纵向流管壳式换热器管束支承结构

摘    要:分析了纵流管壳式换热器的壳程管束支承的常见结构型式,通过对各种支承结构对壳程流体流动、传热和抗振等性能影响的定性比较,提出一种新型的支承结构型式,该结构不仅具有以往结构所具有的降低壳程流动阻力、节能和不易结垢等特点,而且还具有单位面积上布管数多、结构紧凑和传热效率高等优点。

Abstract:Several typical supporting structures of tube bundles of a tube-shell heat exchanger with longitudinal flow of shellside were reviewed, and their performance were compared with. Meanwhile, a new type supporting structure of the tube bundles of a tube-shell heat exchanger with longitudinal flow of shellside was developed.This new type suporting structure can make fluid of shellside reproduce trubulence in low Re,and form integer helix flow in the shellside,and intesify shellside heat transfer.Furthermore,its structure resistance of shellside was less than that of the former shellside structure.In a word,the whole performance of heat exchanger with the new type supporting structure was superior to that of the former heat exchanger.
