102例儿童斑秃诱因的临床调查分析

目的调查儿童斑秃特点，为健康教育提供依据。方法回顾性分析2001年1月-2007年12月收治的的儿童斑秃的诊治资料，并进行归纳和分析。结果收集的102例资料中，男53例，女49例，男女比例为1．08：1．00，其中发病年龄5岁以下的为20人，占19．61％；5—12岁为82人，占80．39％。102例儿童患者中对斑秃发病诱发因素知晓的有20人、占19．61％，对斑秃发病诱发因素不知晓的有82人、占80．39％。结论分析发现患者对斑秃发病诱发因素知晓的仅占19．61％。因此，应高度认识发生儿童斑秃的诱发因素，对患者家属进行健康教育，从而预防或减轻儿童秃发的发生。

Clinical Analysis of 102 Cases of Children Alopcia Areata

Objective To investigate the characteristics of alopcia areata in children for foundation health education in children alopcia areata. Methods 102 cases of children alopcia areata from 2001 to 2007 year were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 102 cases of children alopcia areata, male was 53 ,female 49 ,the ratio between male and female was 1.08： 1. 00 ,the age of onset under 5 years 20 cases （ 19.61% ）, 5 to 12 years 82 cases （ 80.39% ）, in 102 cases of children alopcia areata. 20 cases （ 19.61% ） could recognize inducing factors of children alopcia areata and 82 cases（80.39% ） could not recognize inducing factors of children alopcia areata. Conclusion As only 19.61% children alopcia areata patients could recognize inducing factors alopcia areata. It was very important to realize inducing factors alopcia areata and it was beneficial to carry out health education for patients＇ families for prevention or reduction the occurrence of children alopcia areat.
