自体颅骨瓣体外保存再植修补颅骨缺损的临床研究

目的：研究自体颅骨瓣体外保存后原位再植的效果及骨瓣的体外保存方法。方法：将临床开颅去骨瓣减压术后的离体骨瓣体外保存，３月后行自体颅骨原位再植成形术。结果：２１例患者中１９例效果良好，２例半年后复查见内骨瓣吸收明显，局部凹陷。结论：自体颅骨瓣体外保存后原位再植方法可行，成形效果理想，优于各种替代材料修补颅骨缺损，骨瓣体外无菌保存后仍能保留生物活性。

Clinical study of implantation of autogenous skull flaps to repair cranial defects

Objective:[WT5BZ]To study the effect of implantation of autogenous skull flaps stored in vitro and methods of preserving bone flaps.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]Skull flaps after decompressive craniectomies were stored in vitro and reinserted into the site of initial operation for cranioplasty after 3 months.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]Satisfactory results showed in 19 patients and significant absorption and local depression of bone flaps were observed in 2 patients after 6 months of cranioplasty.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Implantation of autogenous skull flaps stored in vitro can be employed to repair cranial defects.The effect of cranioplasty by autogenous skull flaps superior to any other substitute materials.Bone flaps stored in vitro in sterility could still remain biological viability.
