| 摘 要： | 目前，高校知识产权保护工作越来越重要。面对当前的国内外情况，本文在明确知识产权的概念的基础上，分析了目前高校知识产权管理中存在的问题，为提高高校知识产权的管理水平提出了相应的改进措施。

Considering the actual situation of abroad and home, this text on the base of ensuring the conception of the intellectual property rights of colleges and universities analyzes the actual problems of man.agement of the intellectual property rights of colleges and universities, and finds some ways to enhance management of the intellectual property rights of colleges and universities. |
