摘    要:在应用薄壳理论对压力容器开孔补强结构进行分析时 ,常常假设补强圈与壳体间没有接触 ,对于该假设的合理性并没有相应的依据。本文采用ANSYS软件提供的非线性有限元技术模拟了纵向弯矩作用下补强圈与圆柱壳体间的接触行为 ,分析了接触行为对整个结构最大应力的影响 ,考察了接触变形和接触压力的变化 ,同时还分析了补强圈与壳体之间的间隙变化及不同d/Di 值对接触压力的影响

Abstract:In the thin shell analysis of the cylindrical pressure vessels with openings, no contact between the pad and vessel is often assumed. It has no enough evidences to verify this problem. In this paper, contact behavior between the reinforcement pad and shell was simulated by nonlinear finite element technology provided by the software of ANSYS. The effect of maximum stress value caused by contact was reported. The contact deformation and contact pressure was analyzed, and the influence of different gaps between the shell and pad on contact and the effect of the variety of d/D i to the contact were also discussed.
