摘    要:刷式汽封对燃气轮机透平叶轮体的长期过量磨损,会造成漏气,严重影响燃机发电效率,所以在燃机叶轮与汽封齿摩擦部位喷涂一层NiCr-Cr3C2耐高温磨损涂层,可显著提高其发电效率,延长其使用寿命。东汽表工所利用大气等离子喷涂(APS)技术制备的NiCr—Cr2C3涂层的孔隙率、界面污染率、涂层硬度、涂层结合强度、杯突性能等均满足使用要求该项技术与业内国际知名企业水平相当,并成功应用于F级重型燃机透平叶轮上,从而进一步推进了我国重型燃机国产化进程

Abstract:Long-term excessive abrasion, which is brush steam seals acting on the gas turbine wheel, will lead to leakage, thereby affecting the power generation efficiency. Therefore, NiCr-Cr3C2 high temperature wear coatings is sprayed on the contact area between steam seal tooth and turbine wheel to significantly increase the power generation efficiency of the steam turbine and extend its service life. The NiCr-Cr3C2 coatings, prepared by the atmospheric plasma spraying (APS) technique in the DTC, have good performance of porosity, interface contamination rate, hardness, bonding strength, and cupping. The technology is in the international advanced level, and successfully applies in the F-class heavy-duty gas turbine product.
