摘    要:提出了1种电弧喷涂和电刷镀一体化的快速制模技术 ,该技术采用电弧喷涂工艺在母模表面快速沉积一层致密的低熔点金属薄壳 ,从而制作出模具的型腔 ,然后采用电刷镀工艺在模具工作表面刷镀强化涂层 ,以显著提高模具表面的硬度和耐磨性。并介绍了电弧喷涂和电刷镀一体化快速模具制造设备 ,所述快速模具制造方法和设备用于汽车新车型开发和样车试制 ,可以显著降低开发成本、缩短试制周期

Abstract:A new rapid die_manufacturing technology with the combination of electric arc spraying and brush plating was proposed. By using the electric arc spraying technology, a thin layer of dense and low_melting_point metal was rapidly deposited on the surface of the master die so as to make the cavity of the die; then by using the electric brush plating technology, a reinforcing layer was plated on the working surface of the die to markedly increase the hardness and wear_resistant property of the die surface. An equipment for rapid die manufacture with the combination of electric arc spraying and brush plating was introduced. The rapid die_manufacturing method and device used for the development of new models of automobiles and trial manufacture of sample cars could greatly reduce the development cost and shorten the development cycle.
