摘    要:摘要]采用邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定铁离子浓度,通过不同浓度,不同量的多种酸溶液,在不同的清洗时间和清洗条件下,对涟钢核桃壳废滤料进行清洗,测量出清洗液的吸光度,计算出溶液中铁的含量,从中选出最佳的清洗酸溶液浓度和用量,以及清洗条件和清洗时间。实验结果表明,在HCl、H2SO4、H3PO4三种酸溶液中,当HCl浓度为20%,与核桃壳物料比为1:5,用超声波清洗30分钟为最佳方案。

Abstract:Iron ion concentration was determined by Phenanthroline spectrophotometric method. The LianGang walnut shell waste filter was cleaned by different concentrations, different amounts of a variety of acid solution in different cleaning time and cleaning conditions. Then the absorbance of clearing lotion was measured, and the content of iron the solution was calculated. The best condition, time, concentration and volume of cleaning acid can be obtained. The experimental results showed that in the acid solutions of HC1, H2SO4, H3PO4, it was the best option when the walnut shell material ratio of 1:5, the concentration of HC1 was 20% and the time of ultrasonic cleaning was 30 minutes.
