无刷直流电机智能控制系统的研究

摘    要:基于对无刷直流(BLDC)电机的工作和控制原理的分析,提出了无刷直流电机的双闭环自适应模糊PID控制方案。采用模糊控制逻辑实现PID控制器参数的在线自整定,详细说明了自适应模糊PID控制器的设计方法。算法简单有效,易于实现无刷直流电机交流伺服系统的全数字化。用Matlab/Simulink对系统进行了仿真,仿真结果显示系统具有良好的静动态性能,和较快的响应速度。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the work theory and control theory of Brushless DC Motor. A two closed-loop control scheme with serf-tuning fuzzy-PID controller is presented. Fuzzy control logic is used to tune the three parameters of the traditional PID controller online. Design method of the serf - tuning fuzzy-PID controller is given in detail. This arithmetic is effective as well as simple. Thus it can be used in the digital AC servo system. The system is simulated with Matlab/Simulink. Simulation results show perfectible static and dynamic performance, and fast response ability.
