摘    要:本研究给出了大科学装置的分型:专用研究设施型、公共实验平台型、公益基础设施型,指出不同类型的大科学装置不仅在建设、运行方面存在差异,在科技成果转化方面也存在差异,需要进行细分研究,以发现不同的转化规律。本研究梳理了大科学装置成果转化研究的现状和不足,并以全超导托卡马克装置和兰州重离子加速器为例,深入研究并总结了专用研究设施型大科学装置的五种成果转化路径,对各种转化路径的优势和不足进行了分析,并提出了若干建议。

Analysis of the S&T Achievement Transformation Paths of Large-Scale Scientific Facilities of the Special-Purpose Research Device Type

Abstract:The study gave the classification of large-scale scientific facility special-purpose research device type, public experimental platform type, and public welfare infrastructure type, and pointed those different types of large-scale scientific facility not only differ in construction and operation, but also in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, requiring subdivided research to discover different transformation laws. This study sorted out the current status and shortcomings of the research on the transformation of large-scale scientific facility, and took 2 domestic large-scale scientific facilities of the special-purpose research device type as examples to summarize the 5 conversion paths of such large-scale scientific facilities. The study analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various conversion paths and makes recommendations on further accomplishing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of such devices.
