基于生物启发模型的红外小目标检测

摘    要:红外小目标检测在军事领域的制导、预警和边防间谍无人机检测中极其重要,但由于红外小目标纹理信息不足、高背景杂波、暗淡且模糊和低目标对比度等等原因,导致其仍有改进的余地。本文提出基于生物启发模型(PLMC)的红外弱小目标检测的方案。首先基于生物启发模型增强目标且抑制背景杂波;然后使用改进阈值过滤假目标,提取真实目标。在多个复杂场景数据集上的进行实验,结果表明,与其他较新的小目标检测方法相比,本文提出的方案具有更好的检测性能与鲁棒性。

Abstract:Infrared small target detection is extremely important in military guidance,early warning and border spy UAV detection in military field. However,due to the lack of texture information,high background clutter,dim and fuzzy and low contrast of infrared small targets,there is still space for progress. In this paper,a small infrared target detection scheme based on bio inspired model (PLMC) is proposed. Firstly,the target is enhanced and background clutter is suppressed based on the bio inspired model. Then use improved threshold to filter false targets and extract real targets. The results of experiments on multiple complex scene datasets show that the scheme proposed in this paper has better detection performance and robustness compared with other relatively new small target detection methods.
