摘    要:火炮身管结构光检测系统工作环境视场小、光线弱,导致传统的标定方法存在较大的局限性。针对这一问题,应用结构光成像原理,提出了一种现场标定方法。以155口径火炮为例,设计了内表面包含多种结构信息的标定筒,利用该方法对标定筒内表面结构光图像进行处理,得到了标定筒内凹槽深度与结构光条纹偏移像素距离之间的关系,进而标定了检测系统结构参数。利用标定完成的检测系统对火炮身管膛线的磨损量进行检测,结果表明,检测绝对误差不超过0.01 mm,符合火炮现场检测的要求。

Abstract:It has small field of view and weak light in the detection environment of gun barrel structured light detection system,which makes traditional calibration methods have larger limitation.A calibration method is proposed based on the structured light according to this problem.A calibration cylinder includes various structure information is designed according to 155 caliber gun,The relationship between the depth of groove in the calibration cylinder and the distance between the structured light stripes is obtained by processing the image of the inner surface of the calibrated cylinder with this method,and the parameter of the detection system is calibrated.The wear quantity of the inner diameter of the barrel is detected by the system.The experimental results show that the absolute error is not more than 0.01,which can meet the requirements of gun field detection.
