研究性培训课程的应用与思考

摘    要:开展研究性培训课程体现了企业现代培训的理念和培训规范化管理的要求;突显了校企合作办学的特点;符合成人学习的特点,能够满足学员的实际需要;能够提高学员发现问题和解决问题的能力;能够密切师生、生生之间的关系。其模式一般为:明确任务--小组计划--协作研究--成果发布--评价总结。在具体的实施过程中,还应充分考虑分组、研究主题、评价指标、课题研究和学员论坛、教师等方面的因素。

Abstract:Developing research training course reflects modem training concept of the enterprise and meets the requirement for standardized management of training. It highlights the trait of school-enterprise cooperation and accords with adult learning habit so that the course is able to satisfy the practical needs of the students. In addition, it also increases the students" ability to find and solve problems and contributes to intimate relation between teachers and students as well as among students. Its model is usually in sequence task definition, group plan, collaborative research, achievement release and finally assessment. In practical operation, the factors should be taken into consideration such as group division, research topic, assessment index, project study, student forum and teachers.
