摘    要:对相变诱发塑性钢(TRIP Steel)进行了热变形及热处理.通过在贝氏体转变区的等温停留,使部分奥氏体在随后的淬火中保留至室温.利用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术测量了残余奥氏体和贝氏体的晶粒取向,给出了组织中这两相的晶体取向图.以奥氏体晶粒的平均取向为参考系,将贝氏体的取向显示在极图中,并与常见的理论取向关系进行了比较.结果表明,奥氏体-贝氏体的取向关系在一定的误差范围内符合所有的经典取向关系.在变形奥氏体中观察到了晶粒尺度的变体选择.

Abstract:A Transformation Induced Plasticity(TRIP) steel was thermomechanically processed and a portion of the prior austenite was retained to room temperature by isothermal holding at the bainitic transformation temperature.Electron Backscatter Diffraction(EBSD) techniques were used to measure the orientations of the austenite and bainite grains in the microstructure and orientation maps of these two phases were obtained.The orientations of the bainite grains were displayed on a pole figure taking the average orientation of a single austenite grain as the reference frame;these were then compared with the common orientation relationships for cubic crystals.It was shown that the austenite-bainite orientation relationships could be described by all the classic models,if a certain amount of tolerance was allowed.Grain-scale variant selection was observed in the deformed austenite.
