醇酸树脂热炼过程中分子量分布的研究

摘    要:<正> 涂料工业中醇酸树脂基料分子量分布的研究,通常采用萃取分级法和沉淀分级法,近年来发展了高速凝胶色谱法。我们曾报道了高效GPC法测定醇酸树脂的分子量分布的方法。本文就醇酸树脂热炼过程产物作了物性表征和研究。 实验所测试样系取自5吨反应釜热炼生产中酯化过程各阶段和反应终点的产物。各品种醇酸树脂的配方见表1。

Abstract:The samples of some typical alkyd resins with various oil lengths and formulations, which are the products in different stages of esterification during the manufacture of alkyd resin, were characterized by HPGPC, VPO, wet analysis, Gardner's tube viscosity and high temperature viscosity.It has been shown that the increase of Mw is much faster than that of M, and the MWD broaben graduately. The Mn Value predicated in theory is larger than that mea-sused by VPO. The ηH of the high concentration solution of the alkyd resins at high temp, are correlated to the Mw by the Mark-Houwink equation. For the alkyd resin end-products, which was synthesized by the alcoholysis of vegetable oil, with various oil lengths and formulations, the order of polydispertive index d ia as follow: short oil length < mediumn oil length < long oil length, and there is a good linear relation between Mw and d.
