摘    要:提出了一种测定废铟锡氧化物(ITO)靶材中大量铟的方法。方法包括用盐酸溶样、盐酸-氢溴酸混合酸加热除锡,阳离子交换树脂分离杂质元素,最后用EDTA作滴定剂在pH2.3~2.5溶液中滴定铟。与铟共存的铁、锰、镁、铬、钙、锆、铪、钪、钨、硅、铈,经离子交换树分离后对测定没有影响,大量锡经盐酸-氢溴酸混合酸加热后已除去,溶液中残留锡可用冰醋酸掩蔽。铋不能被离子交换分离,对测定有干扰。方法用于ITO靶材中铟的测定,相对标准偏差为0.15%,回收率在99.8%~100.2%之间。

Abstract:A method for determining larger quantities of indium in waste indium-tin oxide(ITO)target was proposed.The method involves the decomposition of sample in hydrochloric acid,the volatilization of tin in a mixed acid(HCl HBr) by heating and the separation of indium from the impurity elements by cation-exchange resin,and the determination of indium by EDTA titration at pH 2.3-25.The coexisting elements of Fe,Mn,Mg,Cr,Ca,Zr,Hf,Sc,W,Si,Ce with indium do not interfere in the determination if they are separated from In by cation exchange resin.Small amounts of tin remained in the solution can be masked with acetic acid.Bi that can not be separated by cation exchange resin affects the determination.The method has been applied to the determination of indium in ITO target,with the RSD of 0.15% and the recoveries within 99.8%-100.2%.
