摘    要:电力电子装置等非线性设备会产生间谐波,对电网和用户产生危害。为此提出一种基于基波阻抗测量和归算的间谐波源识别方法,同时考虑不同频率间谐波对公共连接点电压引起闪变水平的差异性,引入权重系数量化系统侧和用户侧的责任。算例分析表明该方法可以准确地识别主问谐波源并能量化系统侧和用户侧的责任。

Abstract:Nonlinear power electronic devices and other equipments can produce interharmonics,which are harmful to both power grid and power consumers.A method to identify interharmonic sources,which is based on the measurement and conversion of fundamental frequency impedance,is proposed,Meanwhile,taking the differences between voltage flicker levels at the point of common coupling(PCC) caused by interharmonics of different frequencies into account,the weight coefficients are led in to quantify the responsibilities of power system and consumers.Results of calculation example show that using the proposed method the main interharmonic sources can be identified accurately and the responsibility at system side and that at consumer side can be quantified.
