The Present Situation and the Countermeasures for Sustainable Development of Community Health Service in China.

This article mainly elaborated the basic conditions about the development of community health service in our country. First, it pointed out the bottleneck problems that influenced the development of community health service. The problems mainly included that the thought cognitions can not keep up, the service mode still is laggard, the service targets are not comprehensive, the running mechanism lags still, the professional personnel are seriously deficient, the subsidies mode of funds is not sound, and so on. Then bring up some suggestions to speed up the development of community health service. For example, strengthening the lead of government to ensure policies work, strengthening study hard to make the concept change, reforming the inner mechanism to consummate the service platform, introduce competitive system to set up general practice team, consummating the inspection system to su- pervise and manage strictly, and strengthening the training of professional personnel to mold the general practice troop, etc.
