情景教学模式在母婴护理中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨情景教学法在母婴护理中的应用效果。方法选取在我院产科产前检查建卡并分娩的218名孕妇,采用情景教学模式的孕妇108人为实验组,常规教学模式的孕妇110人为对照组,观察比较两组产妇产后自我护理及育婴知识的合格率、4个月纯母乳喂养率、婴儿抚触技术的应用率、婴儿患病率及对护理服务满意率的比较。结果实验组自我护理及育婴知识合格率、婴儿抚触技术应用率、4个月纯母乳喂养率、对护理服务满意率均高于对照组,新生儿患病率低于对照组,两组比较差异有显著意义(P0.05)。结论孕期情景教学模式有利于孕妇及家属更好的掌握产褥期自我护理知识及科学育婴技能,有效促进产妇康复和婴儿生长发育,提高对护理服务的满意率。
