浅谈新加坡组屋给排水系统

组屋为大部分新加坡人的住所,由政府出资建造,使用年限为99年,其内部给排水系统设计形式及施工工艺与我国有诸多差异.将新加坡组屋给排水系统的构成作了初步介绍,并将部分施工环节与我国作了对比,指出其优点所在.其中户内给水铜管的安装应用、户内排水承插套管预埋、共用水封设计有其自身的优越性,值得我国借鉴;雨水系统采用明设沟渠排水的方式,应对暴雨疏水迅速,可为各国学习参照.

Brief discussion of plumbing and sanitary system of housing and development board（HDB）flats in Singapore

HDB flats are built by the government as residence for most of people in Singapore. The flats can be used for 99years,and the system design of plumbing and sanitary have many differences with that in China.This paper gives a preliminary introduction to the constituent part of flats with plumbing and sanitary system,and contrasts some construction segments with those in China.The copper pipe installation in unit,spigot and faucet pipe carcase work,and floortrap system of floor drains find their advantages which are worth promoting in China;Rain water system with open channel can flow heavy rain waters and provide the same systems in other countries a reliable standard.
