| 摘 要： | 目的探讨贲门癌手术经腹腔入路的适应症及优越性。方法对我院2003—2007年收治的23例行经腹手术的贲门癌治疗进行回顾性分析。结果无围手术期死亡，无吻合口瘘、出血、幽门梗阻，术后并发症包括肺不张1例，肺部感染1例，占全组病例的8．7％。结论经腹手术具有手术创伤小、住院时间短等优势，尤其是减少了并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the advantage and indication of transabdominal approach in the treatment of cardiac cancer.Methods From 2003 to 2007,23 cases of cardiac cancer received radical resection were analyzed retrospectively.Results All cases were cured and discharged without anastomotic leakage,hemorrhage,pyloric obstruction and death during perioperative.Complication developed in 2 cases(8.7%),including pulmonary atelectasis in 1 case(4.3%) and pulmonary infection in 1 case(4.3%).Conclusions Trans-abdominal op... |
