中西医结合治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻36例

目的:观察中西医结合治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:将72例术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者按数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各36例,对照组给予西医常规处理,观察组给予中西医结合治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率97.22%优于对照组的75.00%,观察组肛门排气、腹部症状消失、液气平面消失等所需时间均较对照组明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻可加快肠功能恢复,提高疗效,降低并发症发生风险,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Treating 36 cases of early postoperative inflammatory bowel obstruction in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine for early postoperative inflammatory bowel obstruction. Methods： 72 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group 36 cases, the control group received routine treatment, observation group were given integrative therapy. Results： The total effective rate of 97.22% in the observation group and 75.00% in the control group; flatus, abdominal symptoms, such as liquid-gas plane disappeared time required significantly shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integrative therapy for early postoperative inflammatory bowel obstruction may accelerate recovery of bowel function, improve efficacy, reduce the risk of complications and is worthy of further research and promotion.
