南水北调工程七里河倒虹吸管身顶板 台车的设计与施工

摘    要:根据南水北调工程邢台七里河渠道倒虹吸工程管身的结构特点、施工质量和工程进度,设计了管身顶板台车,详细介绍了其结构特点、功能原理及施工工艺。而且对其非标关键部件主梁进行了强度和刚度计算,应用有限元方法,分析了轨道管的强度和安全性。此外,通过与传统组合钢模板和隧道模板台车施工工艺的对比分析,得出结论:采用管身顶板台车模板具有良好的施工质量和综合效益。

Abstract:According to the structure characteristics, the construction quality and the work schedule of Qilihe Canal Inverted Si- phon located in Xingtai City of the South-to-North Water Transfer Pmject, a roof formwork tmlley for the construction of the in- verted siphon is designed and the structural features, function principle and construction technology of the trolley are described herein in detail. Furthermore, the calculation on the strength and stiffness of the main beamanon-standardized key part is made and the strength and safety of the steel pipe for railway is analyzed with the finite element method. Moreover, thmugh a comparative analysis made with the conventional combined steel formwork and tunnel formwork tmlley, a conclusion is obtained that better construction quality and comprehensive benefit can be got with the mof formwork tmlley for construction of inverted si- phon presented herein.
