摘    要:利用絮凝法对胜利油田作业过程中产生的废液进行处理;考察了两种絮凝剂A、B的使用浓度对石油类处理效果的影响。正交实验的结果表明,利用复配絮凝剂A+B处理作业废液中的石油类,不同作用条件下的处理效果波动较大,絮凝剂B的使用量、污水体系的PH值是影响处理效果的主要因素,通过正交实验筛选出复合絮凝剂对悬浮物处理的最优实验条件。

Abstract:Flocculants were applied to the treatment of well - operating wastewater in Shengli Oilfield. The effect of flocculants concentrations on petroleum oil reduction was investigated. The reduction ratio of petroleum oil was influenced by the treatment conditions of compound flocculants. The results of orthogonal experiment showed the treatment concentration of flocculant B and pH value were the most important factors to reduce petroleum oil in well - operating wastewater. The optimum factors, the treatment concentrations of flocculants A and B, pH value and sedimentation time, were obtained.
