南水北调沁河倒虹吸工程管身模板设计探讨

摘    要:结合南水北调沁河倒虹吸管身的结构特点、施工质量和工程进度要求,设计了可移动式管身墙体模板和顶板模板移动车架,详细介绍了其结构特点、功能原理及施工工艺,通过与传统组合钢模板和隧道模板台车施工工艺的对比分析,得出结论:采用可移动式管身墙体模板和顶板模板移动车架,将带来良好的施工质量和综合效益。

Abstract:According to the structure characteristics, the construction quality and the work schedule request of duct body formwork of south-to-north water back siphon project, designing the locomotive duct body wall formwork and top floor formwork scaffolding, introducing its structure characteristics, function principle and the construction technology in detail, by means of the contrast and analysis with the construction technology of traditional combination steel formwork and tunnel formwork, we get a conclusion: the using of the locomotive duct body wall formwork and top floor formwork scaffolding can bring good construction quality and comprehensive benefit.
