正交解码电路和捕获单元在转角和转速测量中的应用

摘    要:介绍了TMS320F2812的正交解码(QEP)电路和捕获单元的工作原理,在此基础上设计了用于测量转速和转角的接口电路,提出的测速方法确保了计时和脉冲计数的同步。实验结果表明,该方案准确、可靠,有一定的抗干扰性,适用的测速范围大。

Abstract:The operating theory of quadrature-encoder pulse (QEP) circuit and capture unit , interface circuit and software of high accuracy measurement of rotational speed and angle using DSP TMS320F2812 are discussed. The proposed method ensure synchronous counting for time and pulse. Its realiability and accuracy are veritified by the experiment result , and it is applicable to wide speed range and have high immunity.
