| Abstract: | The present paper introduces the process technology for refining steel grade 65 by 100 t converter and its metallurgical effects and analyzes the key technological points and influential factors in the process of refining the high carbon steel. By adoption of appropriate technological measures the quality requirements for the steel are well met. |
