| 摘 要： | 扼要介绍了国外数字电视地面传输技术研发工作的现状和存在的问题，着重讨论了我国正在研制的一种新系统(DMB—T系统)，然后介绍了正在兴起的平流层信息平台的特点及其用于通信、广播的前景。
