| 摘 要： | 基于对产品大批量定制、数值分析技术及有限元分析的初步了解,利用Pro/E、ANSYS两者的结合,对电瓶车的翻斗架部分的不同模型进行有限元分析,从而验证了目前技术在优化的基础上实现大批量定制的可能性和可靠性。

| Abstract: | Based on the technologies of mass customization,numerical analysis and finite element analysis,different models for the dump frame of a battery car were set up by ANSYS and Pro/E,and finite element analysis of the dump frame was carried out.This work testified the possibility and reliability of mass customization by use of present technology. |
