双轴向增强纬编间隔织物复合材料的加工制造及力学性能

摘    要:利用玻璃纤维编织一种新型双轴向增强纬编间隔织物,采用轻质树脂传递模塑工艺(LRTM)制作了该新型结构织物增强复合材料,并对复合材料在经纬向的拉伸性能、弯曲性能和压缩性能进行了测试与分析.研究表明:制作双轴向增强纬编间隔针织复合材料的关键是织物在厚度方向上不被压扁;复合材料的拉伸性能和弯曲性能主要取决于两个面层衬经衬纬纱的拉、弯性能.压缩性能不仅与纤维束的压剪组合破坏有关,还与纤维束与基体的界面黏结性能有关.

Abstract:A new kind of the biaxial spacer weft knitted fabric was firstly knitted with glass fiber,and then its reinforced composite was manufactured through the process of light resin transfer molding(LRTM).Finally,the tensile,flexural and compressive properties of the composites were tested and analyzed.It is shown that the key point of manufacturing biaxial spacer weft-knitted reinforced composites is to keep its form in the thickness direction.The tensile and flexural properties of the composites primarily depend on the properties of the inserted biaxial yarns.The compressive property is not only in connection with the compressive and sheared damages of fiber assemblies,but also with the interfacial cohesive property between fiber assemblies and resin.
