XBF多翼离心风机的结构改进与试验研究

摘    要:针对一款多翼离心风机存在效率低、噪声大的问题,对其叶片出口安装角和蜗壳进行结构改进,制作新的样机模型,并对原风机模型和新样机进行性能测试对比。结果表明,新风机在气动性能和噪声性能上都有了较大改善,达到了国家一级能效标准。

Structure improvement and Experimental Research on XBF Multi-blade Centrifugal Fan

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of low-efficiency and high noise in a type of multi-blade centrifugal fan, an improved scheme on the angle of blade outlet and volute was put forward to make a new prototype model. Comparing original-design fan and the newly designed fan, based on the Performance testing, the results shows that aerodynamic performance and noise performance is greatly improved of the newly designed fan which reaches national standard of Class 1 energy consumption.
