摘    要:建设本科食品专业校内实习基地职业环境,包括环境建设和创新发展模式,应与食品企业环境结合,营造工作实境,同时进行课程改革与创新,实现与企业需求的"无缝"对接,对培养适应现代企业的应用型人才具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Building the occupational environment in practice base on campus of food science major,it includes environment construction and innovation of the development pattern.The environment should be adapted to the food enterprises needed, creating a strong the work environment.At the same time,the curriculum reform and innovation are carried out in the whole teaching process,this can be achieved with jobs "seamless docking,and to cultivate the applied type talents to meet the modern enterprises has important significance.
