肺结核患者外周血CD4CD_（25） （high）T细胞的临床意义初探

目的 通过测定肺结核患者外周血CD4CD^high₂₅ T细胞的表达，探讨CD4CD^high₂₅ T细胞的的临床意义。 方法 2008年1月至2010年2月选取住院患者及门诊做体检的健康志愿者共78例，其中肺结核患者40例，门诊健康志愿者38例，应用流式细胞技术测定外周血T细胞表面分子CD4、CD8、CD4CD^high₂₅，以百分比表示表面分子阳性T细胞占淋巴细胞的比例。 结果外周血CD4CD^high₂₅ T细胞，肺结核组（1.9%±1.3%）明显高于健康组（0.7%±1.0%），差异有统计学意义（t=5.237, P<0.01）。外周血CD4T细胞，肺结核组（47.9%±11.2%）低于健康组（56.0%±14.6%），差异有统计学意义（t=2.830, P<0.01）。外周血CD8T细胞，肺结核组（26.2%±6.1%）低于健康组（33.0%±11.1%），差异无统计学意义（t=0.353, P>0.05）。肺结核患者治疗2月后，CD4CD^high₂₅T细胞（1.8%±0.8%）有下降，但与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（t=0.811，P>0.05）。CD4T细胞、CD8T细胞均有升高（51.6%±14.4%，33.7%±11.5%），但差异无统计学意义（t值分别为=1.496, 0.570，均P>0.05）。 结论 CD4CD^high₂₅ T细胞参与了肺结核患者的细胞免疫过程，发挥抑制CD4和CD8T细胞的活化与增殖的作用，从而影响了患者的临床演变及预后。

Clinical significance of CD4CD_(25)~(high)T cells in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis
