蚕丝织物ME型活性染料微悬浮体染色性能研究

摘    要:采用ME型活性染料以微悬浮体染色工艺(MSD)对蚕丝织物进行染色,比较了MSD和传统染色工艺的区别。研究结果表明:MSD工艺未改变活性染料上染蚕丝的吸附等温线的类型,但显著提高了染料在丝纤维上的吸附量。MSD工艺明显提高了ME型活性染料在丝纤维中的扩散速率。与传统工艺相比,采用MSD工艺染色显著提高了上染速率、上染百分率和固色百分率。MSD工艺未影响染色的匀染性及浮色的易洗涤性,提高了ME型活性染料对蚕丝织物染深浓色的提升力。采用ME型活性染料对蚕丝织物染深浓色可以获得优良的染色牢度,MSD和传统工艺染色样品色牢度基本一致。

Abstract:Adopt ME reactive dyes dye silk fabric by micro-suspension dyeing.This thesis compares the differences between micro-suspension dyeing(MSD) and the traditional dyeing.The results indicate that MSD process does not change the adsorption isotherm of silk but significantly improves diffusion rate of ME reactive dyes in silk fiber.Compared with traditional dyeing,MSD obviously improves dyeing rate,dyeing percentage and fixation percentage.Besides,MSD does not affect the levelling property of dyeing and the detergency of surface dyeing but improves the fixation ability of ME reactive dyes to dye silk fabric.Using ME reactive dyes to dye silk fabric can provides favorable the color fastness of dyeing.The color fastness of MSD and the traditional dyeing is basically the same.
