应用鼻后上神经、筛前神经及下鼻甲联合电灼术治疗变应性鼻炎

目的：进一步改进翼管神经切断术，探讨治疗常年变应性鼻炎的微创手术方法。方法：对1999年11月--2001年7月接受鼻后上神经、筛前神经及下鼻甲联合电灼术，并完成1--1．5a随访的常年变应性鼻炎患者38例的手术方法及疗效进行回顾性分析。结果：患者自觉症状改善的总有效率为：喷嚏86．8％，流涕81．6％，鼻塞100％。无术中严重出血及术后眼干、视力下降及面部麻木等并发症。结论：联合应用鼻后上神经和筛前神经电灼术治疗常年变应性鼻炎简便、微创、疗效高，值得推广应用。

Combined application of carterization of nasal posterior-superior nerve, ethmoidal nerve and turbinate for patients with allergic rhinitis

Objective:To improve the surgical technique of vidian neurectomy and to reveal the minimal invasive treatment for perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods:38 patients treated with combination of nasal posterior superior and ethmoidal nerve cauterization from Nov.1999 to Jul.2001 were analysed. There were 22 men and 16 women with age ranging from 20 to 62 years (mean 35.6 years).Results:The cases were followed up for 1 1.5 years after operation. Sneezing, nasal discharge, and nasal obstruction were improved to 86.8%, 81.6%, and 100%,respectively. Additionally, surgical complications such as massive intraoperative hemorrhage, disturbance of lacrimal secretion were not observed.Conclusion:This surgical method was highly effective, and few complications were observed,which indicated that it is a good option for patients with allergic rhinitis.
