小儿清热栓退热作用实验研究

摘    要:目的观察小儿清热栓对内毒素性发热兔及正常兔的退热作用。方法选用70只健康新西兰白兔随机分为模型组(ET)、正常组(NS)、小儿清热栓组(QRS)、对乙酰氨基酚栓组(PS)、ET+小儿清热栓组(ET+QRS)、ET+对乙酰氨基酚栓组(ET+PS)、ET+PEG600赋形剂组(ET+PEG),每组10只。各组给与相应药物,观察测定最大体温上升高度(ΔT)和6h体温反应指数(TRI6)。结果 ET组注射ET后体温明显升高,并出现双峰,平均体温变化曲线明显高于ET+QRS组与ET+PS组,ET组ΔT和TRI6均高于ET+QRS组和ET+PS组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。ET+QRS组与ET+PS组ΔT和TRI6比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);小儿清热栓对正常兔体温影响小,QRS组ΔT和TRI6与NS组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);与PS组比较,降低发热兔体温曲线高度无明显差异(P〉0.05),两者DT和TRI比较也无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论小儿清热栓对正常兔的体温无退热作用,对发热兔具有一定的退热作用,其作用与阳性药物对乙酰氨基酚栓相当。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the antipyretic effect of Xiaoer Qingre suppository(QRS). Methods Seventy healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into model group-induced by endotoxin(ET),normal control group(NS),QRS group,paracetamol suppository(PS) group,ET+QRS group,ET+PS group,and ET+PEG600 blank control(PEG) group,10 rabbits in each group. Rabbits in each group were given the corresponding drugs and then recorded the delta temperature(ΔT) and thermal response index at 6h(TRI6). Results Compared with NS group,the body temperature of rabbits in ET group increased and the temperature curve showed "two humps". The average fluctuation of body temperature,T and TRI6 were significantly higher in ET group than those in ET +QRS group and ET+PS group(P〈0.01). No significant difference in T and TRI6 was found between ET+QRS group and ET+PS group(P〈0.05). QRS had unnoticeable effect on the body temperature of healthy rabbits:the T and TRI6 did not differ between QRS group and NS group. The reduction of body temperature in QRS group was similar to that in PS group(P〈0.05),and the comparison of T and TRI6 did not see the difference between two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion ORS has antipyretic effect on rabbits with fever and this effect is not seen in normal rabbits.Its effect is similar to PS.
