同步放化疗治疗食管癌的临床疗效分析

目的观察放射治疗配合紫杉醇化疗对食管癌的临床疗效。方法对50例食管癌病人根据不同的治疗方法分为两组：单纯放射治疗组（单放组）和放射治疗同步化疗组（放化疗组）。单放组25例,采用放疗,DT60-70Gy;放化疗组25例,放疗方法及剂量同单放组,化疗采用紫杉醇每周同步方案。两组均随访2年。结果局部近期疗效放化疗组好于单放组,两组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。放化疗组与单放组1、2年生存率单放组为64%,40%,同步放化组为80%、64%。两组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论同步放化疗优于单纯放射治疗,可明显提高食管癌的疗效。泉州市第一医院肿瘤放疗科蔡文杰

Effects of radiotherapy combined with concurrent weekly paclitaxel in the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer

Objective To study the effect of radiotherapy combined with paclitaxel on esophageal cancer. Methods 50 cases of esophageal cancer were divided into radiotherapy to a total of 60-70Gy; combined group with received the same radiotherapy as simple irradiation group plus chemotherapy with weekly paclitaxel. Both groups were followed for 2years. Results The short-term results of radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy was better than that of radiotherapy alone. The difference between these two groups was statistically (P<0.05).The one 、 two year and five year survival rate were 80%、64% in combined. survival rate were 64%、40%in simple irradiation group. The survival rates in the combined group were thus much better than those in simple irradiation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy for advanced esophageal cancer is effective and merits further study in the clinic.
