高分散性白炭黑生产新工艺探究

以液体水玻璃和稀硫酸为主要原料,在反应过程中通过添加可溶性铝盐如:硫酸铝、铝酸钠等来提高产品的分散性,改变了添加反应母液的传统方式。将配制好的水玻璃溶液、稀硫酸、铝酸钠溶液以一定的温度、浓度、流速、流量在反应器中反应,然后酸化、洗涤、干燥得到高分散白炭黑成品。

Research on the New Technology for High Dispersion Silica Production

Using liquid sodium silicate and sulfate acid as the main raw material and adding some soluble aluminum salt(for example: aluminum sulfate,sodium aluminate etc.) instead mother liquor,we can get the high dispersion product.The traitional production is changed by this.The reaction process is that: mix sodium silicate solution,sulfate acid and sodium aluminate solution together;react with stated temperature,concentration and flow speed inthe reactor;acidification,washing and drying and get the high dispersion silica product at last.
