机械合金化制备Ni-Ti合金粉末

摘    要:研究了在机械合金化制备Ni粉和Ti粉并将之混合的过程中,球磨工艺,即球磨时间和球磨转速对粉末粒度的影响,并对粉末进行了XRD相分析.结果表明,以260r/min转速球磨60 h可以合成Ni-Ti非晶粉末,在氩气保护下于530℃×30 min退火可使Ni-Ti非晶粉末晶化.

Abstract:The effect of ball milling process,namely duration and rotating speed of ball milling,on the particle size of powder was investigated during the preparation and mixture of Ni and Ti powders by using mechanical alloying,and the phase analysis of powder was also done.The results show that the amorphous Ni-Ti powder may be obtained when ball milled for 60 h at rotating speed of 260 r/min,and may be crystallized when annealed at 530 ℃ for 30 min in argon atmosphere.
