绝经后阴道出血与恶性肿瘤的相关性分析

目的探讨绝经后阴道出血与恶性肿瘤是否具有一定的相关性。方法回顾性分析我院诊治的382例绝经后阴道出血患者的临床和病理资料。结果绝经后阴道出血的原因以感染性疾病最多,占51.6%,其次为功能性子宫出血,占17.02%,恶性肿瘤占6.8%。不同病理类型患者的孕次、产次间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05);而恶性疾病患者与良性疾病和非器质性疾病患者的发病年龄、绝经年限、子宫内膜厚度、血E2水平间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05);但良性疾病和非器质性疾病患者的发病年龄、绝经年限、子宫内膜厚度、血E2水平间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论患者的发病年龄、绝经年限、子宫内膜厚度、血E2水平与恶性肿瘤的发生有一定的相关性。

Correlation between Post-menopausal Vaginal Bleeding and Malignant Tumor

Objective To explore the relationship between post-menopausal vaginal bleeding (PMB) and malignant tumors.Methods The clinical and pathologic data of 382 patients with PMB in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results The causes of post-menopausal vaginal bleeding were imflammational diseases(51.6%),functional uterine bleeding(17.02%),and malignant tumors(6.8%).There were no significant differences in the times of gestation and parturition of the different pathologic types (P<0.05).There were significant differences in the pathogenic age,the term of menopause,the thickness of endometrium and the serum concentration of E_2 in patients of each group (P<0.05).But there were no significant differences in the correlative factors in patients of benign diseases and non-organic diseases (P>0.05).Conclusion The incident of malignant tumor is relative to the age,the term of menopause,the thickness of endometrium and the serum concentration of E_2.
