| 摘 要： | 通过对高校团体操开展规模、频率、内容的现状及影响普及因素的调查分析，阐述了高校开展团体操对阳光体育运动开展的作用，提出了高校应拓展体育教学内容，融团体操于体育教学中，突出民族色彩新设想，将普及团体操与开展阳光体育运动有机结合的新思路。

| Abstract: | Through investigation on development scale, frequency, content and present situation as well as influencing factor of college group calisthenics, this paper explains the function of college group calisthenics development on sunlight sports and puts forward that college physical education teaching content should be developed and melt the group calisthenics into physical education teaching, focus on national characteristics and popularize group calisthenics and the development sunlight sports. |
