高校朋辈心理辅导实效分析与对策

朋辈心理辅导以其覆盖面广、反应及时、简便易行等优势被各大高校广泛推行,成为高校心理健康教育的有力补充,但其实效性不高也是不争的事实。以丽水学院为例,通过对朋辈心理辅导现状的调查与分析,提出高校应提高对朋辈心理辅导的重视,加大宣传;建立健全朋辈心理辅导员工作网络;搭建"阶梯式"朋辈心理辅导员训练平台;主动开展多元化的朋辈心理辅导,以提高高校朋辈心理辅导的实效性。

An analysis on Effectiveness of and Countermeasures to Peer Psychological Counseling

Peer psychological counseling is widely implemented for its merits of extensive coverage,timely feedback and convenience, and has became a favourable complements to psychological education at universities. However,its low effectiveness is an undisputable fact. Taking the situation at Lishui University as an example,the author proposes a set of countermeasures including raising the awareness of its importance, establishing a multilevel working network and a progressive trainning platform for counselors and encouraging initiative and diversified counselling,based on the study of the status quo.
