粗纱锭翼的研究和发展

摘    要:针对粗纱锭翼的结构型式及其制造质量对粗纱质量及粗纺工序的效率影响较大的现状,详细介绍了粗纱锭翼的分类及其结构特点,对闭式粗纱锭翼纺纱纱疵产生的原因进行了分析,介绍了具有自主知识产权的最新型粗纱锭翼、分体式防纱疵压掌、CB05型干式锭翼清洗机的特点及应用效果,指出粗纱锭翼的研究方向应是无纱疵,少维修、安全可靠,并对粗纱锭翼假捻器提出一些初步看法.

Abstract:As to the current status of marked impact of structure and manufacturing quality of roving flyers on quality of roving yarn and roving process,details introduction is done to the varieties and structure features of roving flyers. Cause analysis is done to the yarn defect resulted from close roving flyers. Introduction is made to the latest roving flyers with independent intellectual property rights, detached yarn defect prevention holding device,dry cleaner of roving flyer CB05 plus the features and application effect. Conclusion is made that the future development of roving flyer should be of free yarn defect, less maintenance, safety and reliability. Finally, some ideas are put forth for the fause twister of roving flyers.
