| 摘 要： | 新形势下沿海城市军队小医院建设与发展面临严峻挑战。本介绍了加强学科建设，要围绕对军事斗争需要，大力抓好军事医学相关专科建设，要发挥人才和技术优势，突出重点专科建设，要分析地方医疗资源配置，扶持特色专科建设；要注重统一协调均衡发展，加强医技科室建设的经验。

| Abstract: | Small coastal military hospital is confronted with severe challenges in new circumstance. The author introduced experiences on strengthening discipline building, as to meet the needs of the medical preparation for future war, laying stress on subject construction of the military medicine, taking advantage of the talents and technology, extruding building of the specific subject, analyzing local source deployment of medicine, supporting construction of characteristic specific subject, paying attention to coordinating development of all subjects and strengthening department of the medical technology. |
