试论当代大学生和谐人格的构建

和谐社会的构建离不开和谐人格的构建,大学生作为社会主义事业合格的建设者和接班人,其和谐人格的培养既是自身成才的需要,更是时代的需要。大学阶段正是大学生从稚嫩走向成熟的过渡阶段,也是其世界观、人生观和价值观形成的关键时期。在分析大学生和谐人格基本特征以及构建大学生和谐人格必要性的基础上,结合我国当代社会发展状况和大学生表现特点,提出大学生和谐人格培养的主要措施,从而帮助大学生实现自身的健康成长具有重要意义。

On Building up Harmonious Personality of Contemporary College Students

The construction of harmonious society is inseparable from building a harmonious personality. Students, as qualified builders and successors of the socialist cause, have the necessity to develop the harmonious personality to meet the needs of self - development and the needs of the times. College period is the stage from which students grow from immaturity to maturity as well as the critical period in which their world outlook, philosophy and value of life are formed. On the basis of analyzing the basic characteristics of college students and the necessity of building harmonious personality, combining with the present social development and college students＇own performance, this paper presents some main measures to cultivate students＇harmonious personality, which will be of great value and significance to help students to grow healthily.
