甲基丙烯酸固相接枝聚丙烯的研究

摘    要:用固相接枝共聚方法制备甲基丙烯酸 (MMA)接枝粉料聚丙烯共聚物 (PP -g -MAA) ,讨论了单体MAA与引发剂过氧化二苯甲酰 (BPO)的浓度、反应温度、反应时间等因素对接枝率的影响 .采用红外光谱和化学滴定方法对接枝物进行了定性和定量表征 ,同时用TGA考察了接枝物的热性能 .研究结果表明 ,当反应温度为12 0℃ ,反应时间为 2h ,PP∶MAA∶BPO为 10 0∶2 0∶2 .5时 ,可获得最大接枝率 12 .8% .PP - g -MAA可作为PP/CaCO3 复合体系的增容剂 ,它明显改善了两相的相间结合 ,改善了复合材料的力学性能

Abstract:The solid phase grafting of MAA onto polypropylene was studied. The effects of concentration of monomer MAA and initiator BPO, reaction temperature and reaction time on degree of grafting were investigated. The graft copolymer was characterized by means of FT-IR and chemical titration. And the thermal properties of the grafted PP were determined. The result shows that when the reaction temperature was 120?℃, reaction time was 2h and the mixing ratio of PP: MAA: BPO was 100∶20∶2.5, the maximum MAA grafting rate of 12.8% could be obtained. The PP-g-MAA graft copolymer can be used as a compatibilier for PP-CaCO3 composite, and can significantly improve the interfacial bonding and the mechanical properties of the composite.
