t/d clinker production line of Jinfeng Cement Co.,Ltd was designed by Nanjing Cement Design and Research Institute, and they also supplied the main process equipments. From civil consruction to reaching month output, it cost just 13 months of time. After a half year of production, the output of firing system is stable at above 2 750 t/d, the running rate of the equipments reach 95%, the strength of produced clinker is more than 60 MPa, and every relative index is better than that of design. High quality,high output and low energy consumption of stable production is really realized.
